Are Schools in Austria FREE ???

YES and NO.

It really depends on your country of nationality

Public universities in Austria are free for all EU and EEA citizens; international students only pay around 1,500 EUR per academic year. At universities of applied sciences (UAS), tuition rates vary between 365 and 7,500 EUR depending on the study programme and your nationality.

International students from certain developing countries are also exempt from tuition fees at many public Austrian universities. Nigeria is however not on the list.

So how much does Nigeria need to pay if u have the intention to study law??

LLB degrees in Austria will cost around 2.5 million Naira a year for Non EU students, INCLUDING NIGERIANS of course. 

Below is an approximate summary of Law degree fees for top schools in Austria.

1 Universität Wien - University of Vienna     12 Months

€ 9,500

2 University of Innsbruck    Full-Time   24 Months € 7,000
3 Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz - University of Graz Full-Time   24 Months € 14,590 
4 Universität Salzburg  Full-Time     € 363.36
5 MCI Management Center Innsbruck Full-Time   24 Months € 7,000
